This was an absolutely third-class hotel. There are no fans or ACs in the rooms, and the staff member was very rude and didn't know how to treat customers. They refused to recognize online bookings, even when the property had already been paid for online. For an offline booking, they asked for double the amount the caretaker takes on his UPI ID. It feels like a complete scam, and many people are getting scammed, so please be aware. I wanted to give zero stars, but had to give one to post the review.

The rooms are spacious and the service is good. The food is homely, and breakfast was delicious. We paid 120/- per plate for a veg lunch, but I didn't think it was worth the price. Parking could be a bit of a concern when every room is occupied.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and we had a good experience with a great view. The place is near charis signal, close to botanical garden. You'll need to walk 600-800 meter to find hotels.

We spent 5 days here with my family. It was peaceful, with a great location near every tourist spot, and getting to the cottage was easy. The food was fantastic, the rooms were kept very clean, and there was wifi connection. We found it secure, luxurious, and VALUE FOR MONEY, with an amazing view. I specifically wanted to share this, don't miss it.

The staff were amazing, and the rooms were really clean. A very, very nice hotel. For me it's the best place to stay if you come to Ooty ❤️
