Sai Pavilion

We were four, including two toddlers, and stayed three nights in a deluxe room. We got a Cleartrip deal. It’s an old hotel that Sai Towers Management nearby has taken over, and it’s being renovated. The Gopuram Gate is just 100 meters away. Sai Towers handles reception, security, and room service, while parking is 500m away on Gopuram road 3rd cross. Our room was spacious, neat, and clean, with a balcony and a wide, soft, comfortable bed. The linen was clean, all the needed amenities were there, and the extra-large sofa was useful. Room service from sai towers love is my form restaurant was pretty quick. The washroom was decent and clean, with toiletries, clean towels, and hot water. The bathroom fittings are very old but still work. Staff were polite and helpful. The TV DTH service, lift, and intercom weren’t working properly, with the lift frequently out of order. Good value for money overall.

For a very reasonable room rate, this is a great place to stay in Puttaparthi. Sai prashanthi nilayam is only a five-minute walk away, and the clean restaurant "Love is my form" is in the next building. It has a pleasant ambience, lots of food options, and tasty dishes. The rooms were very clean and room service was good.

The rooms are large, though a bit dusty. Service was excellent, and the restaurant was excellent too. The hotel is right in front of the Sathya sai ashram.

Gopuram gate is conveniently close, but the service really disappointed me. They seem to run with the fewest staff possible, and the rooms weren’t cleaned. You have to ask for the complimentary water. The girl at reception didn’t seem trained: everything takes “5mints” and then goes on forever. A cup of coffee took 30mints. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a family stay.
