Right outside one of the gates to Prashanti Nilayam, it’s only about a five-minute walk to Kulwant Hall. The team, especially Srinivas, really looked after us and made sure we were comfortable. Our room was spacious, with good air conditioning and fans, and the rain shower had hot water. The restaurant was consistently clean and meticulous about hygiene, with excellent food across North Indian, South Indian, and western or fusion options, all at reasonable prices. Service was excellent too. We'll stay here again when we come to Parthi.

The 22-hour accommodation limit, rather than 24 hours, is set for their convenience. I also found little support when booking through MMT, Goibibo, or other third-party apps. The room rate inside the Ashram is around ₹1500-1600, while Sai Towers charges at least ₹2500. Rooms weren't cleaned every day, and construction or renovation continued through the year, leaving dusty, unhygienic surroundings. There was no hot drinking water. I'd suggest staying inside the Ashram or at a nearby place like OM, SVR, or Parthi.

It's easy to get to morning and evening bhajans and aarathi, since the hotel sits right across from the entry door of Prashanthi Nilayam in Puttaparthy. The staff were great and very responsive, so this ended up being the best choice we made. “Love is our Form” restaurant is right beside the hotel. Check whether breakfast is included in the rates. The busy road out front is nice for a walk.

Sai Towers is in a very good spot in puttaparhi, very close to the ashram, which made getting around easy. I've stayed here every time and have never been disappointed. Reception strinvas & Navinesh helped extend my stay and made check-in smooth. Hemanthu kept my room cleaned on time and made sure my laundry came back each day when expected. They were all really pleasant to deal with, and this team is an asset to Sai Towers. Thank you, Navi Naicker 🙏🏼

My first stay at Sai Tower was worth it, and the service met my expectations. Everyone from housekeeping to the restaurant was kind and did their job well. Sri Laxmi Narayana, Sri Sreenath from housekeeping, and sri Srinivas from the FO department treated us with real humility. Big thanks as well to Divya and Munna at the Love all Serve all restaurant for their consistently good, quality service. I'll definitely come back to Sai Towers on my next trip to Parthi.
