The room was big and had AC, and the staff were cooperative. I had an excellent experience with the hotel staff. Couples are welcome too.

My experience was highly disappointing. The service, place, and behaviour were awful, and it’s especially bad for couples. I paid through the app a day before, then spoke with them by phone using the personal number they gave me. I was coming from Delhi for a hospital visit, but they charged an extra 600 for staying overnight. There was no AC, the toilet was unhygienic, and the commode was clogged with waste. I called reception and showed them the dirty bed and towel, and the lack of handwash and soap. When I called the admin, he told me OYO doesn’t provide soap, handwash, or towels, as if I was visiting for the first time. I asked to see a hygienic room or get a refund so I could find somewhere else and freshen up before going to the hospital. The guy said I could do what I wanted, but I wouldn’t get my money back, and told me to find another place. So I got another room in the afternoon. Even after that, the guy apparently couldn’t leave it alone. I had said I’d come back around noon because I had to leave the next morning. He seems to have influence in his area, because as soon as I left, he marked me as checked out. I saw that while sitting at the hospital and contacted support. As usual, I couldn’t expect anything from them since they handle things remotely. I’m sharing screenshots, chat, and room pictures, and anyone thinking of visiting can call me directly to hear the full story. Thanks to the guy for your new property, and thanks to the OYO team. They handled the Jodhpur incident I shared earlier very well and proved me wrong, though they didn’t refund me then either. They said I should have reported those incidents while I was at the property. This time, I called your team while I was there, and, as expected, you were even more helpless and hopeless than me. My advice to all single couples: please stop using OYO.

The room’s decoration was nice, and the window was wow.
