I stayed just one night, and the service was decent, though there was only one person available to help. The rooms are spacious enough for a family of four, and they gave us complimentary bottles. There's no enclosed parking, and no room telephone to reach reception. During vacation season on a weekend, I found this place while looking for a hotel, since Raichur doesn't have many with online booking and this one seemed to. The price felt high for the location and facilities.

The staff were very rude, and the service was very poor. Hot water wasn't available.

The bedsheet and wall had blood stains, the floor was wet, and the quilt was stained too. The door lock was damaged.
