Check-in and checkout were easy, and the Front Office team were always ready to help with a smile. They were polite, professional, and very helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, so I had a pleasant stay. I'd recommend it.

An older hotel, but it's been kept up well. The rooms are spacious, the food is very good, and the staff are cooperative. Nice location too.

We had guests staying at Hotel Citrus for my sister's wedding, and it was a terrible experience. The guests were uncomfortable and very disappointed, which was the last thing we needed for such an important family occasion. The rooms weren't properly maintained, cleanliness was below average, and some amenities promised when we booked were missing or didn't work. Staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, showing no urgency even with simple problems. Hotel Citrus needs to improve its management, staff training, and hospitality. I wouldn't recommend it, especially for an important event.

The rooms are spacious and good, but the restaurant is very poor. I'm a regular guest and have seen insects, especially cockroaches, under the breakfast tables and around the serving area. The restaurant staff have a bad attitude, and they hang up before listening to your calls.

Maya at reception, Vinod and Nitesh in room service, and Mohon on security were all amazing. The staff were friendly and ready to help, and the location is great. My room was clean and the stay comfortable, with great hospitality, awesome food, and an affordable price.
