Sona Residency

Sona residency is in a good spot, and the service was good too. The rooms felt a little small for the rates, around 1200 for non AC and 1800 for AC. Prices seemed high, though they do provide soap, a towel, and a waterbottle.

We booked an AC suit for four people but had five in our group, so they charged 200 extra bed per person. In room 209, there was a double bed and a single bed in the outer room, and both were comfortable. The two rooms were attached. Bathrooms were clean, the geezer and AC worked, and room service was quick. I think just one person handles room service for all the rooms, so there could be some delays. The bed was comfortable, the room clean, and the meal tasty, all worth the money. One tip: ask how the tap system and TV work, bring your own toiletries, and book enough beds for the night. We didn't. I enjoyed the stay, though there's room for improvement, and I hope management works on it.

The washroom was the worst part. The hotel was dirty and unhygienic, the linen and bed were filthy, and the TV didn't work.

It's centrally located and budget friendly, with small but comfortable rooms. The bathroom was clean, and the owner and staff were polite and very attentive to customers.
