The property is huge and beautiful, especially suited to large weddings and events. Rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully done, though they need maintenance. Service was just okay and needs improvement. We booked four rooms, and none had hot water. The in-house restaurant was good, and the food had good taste and quality.
The food was good, but the restaurant staff’s conduct ruined the meal. Their tone and expressions came across as careless and disrespectful, with no basic courtesy toward customers. They acted as if serving us was a favor instead of their job, seemed uninterested in our satisfaction, and made no effort to provide proper hospitality. They were rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional.
A nice view, and a good pick for a grand wedding if you have an unlimited budget, Clint.
A spacious resort with tasty food and helpful staff. Nice place to stay or celebrate.
The location and the place itself are superb, but the welcome was poor. I waited a long time to book a hall, while the person in charge was unavailable. Nobody even offered me a glass of water. When I asked the lady there when he’d arrive, she handed me his visiting card instead of calling to find out. Why ask me to sit and wait if all you were going to give me was a card? The staff need to lift their game to match the place.
