6/10
At Hotel Crown in Rajkot, the rooms were average and the staff were polite, but the hospitality fell short of what I expected from a 3-star stay. The food lacked both taste and freshness, and even the tea seemed below standard, which was surprising for something so basic. The kitchen and its quality control need improvement.

The rooms are average, but the food is good and the rent is reasonable.

The hotel is in a prime spot, with all kinds of food nearby and the market close by too.

2/10
There seem to be suspicious activities at this place. I wouldn’t recommend it to families or anyone who wants a safe environment.

2/10
The location was convenient, but poor service overshadowed everything. Staff weren’t helpful, and requests for clean towels, an AC repair, or check-in help were ignored or delayed for hours. The room itself was unclean, noisy, or uncomfortable, and I didn’t feel welcome or valued. I hope management takes this seriously and makes improvements. I wouldn’t recommend Hotel crown in rajkot unless significant changes are made.
