The photos looked decent, so we booked, but the rooms stink and the bed smelled of urine. We arrived late in Rajkot and only planned to stay one night before leaving early the next day. Instead, slamming sounds went on through the night and we barely slept. The pictures of the rooms are incorrect. I left the same review on Agoda. If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would.

The central location made getting around Rajkot easy, especially on a work trip, and the room was clean and usable for a night. Staff were polite, and check-in went smoothly. Breakfast was sparse, with only a couple of basic vegetarian choices and drinks. Rooms are small and the place feels very basic, so I wouldn't choose it for a family or expect luxury. For a short, no-frills stay, it was okay.

The room was on the small side, but it was cleaned really well 👌

The room rate felt too high for the standard. We had told them we needed space for three, but they gave us a room for two. We also mentioned an early check-in and were charged for a full day without being told in advance. I wouldn't recommend it.

The food was tasty and reasonably priced, and the kitchen staff and room attendant were friendly and helpful. Once we protested about the first rooms, management moved us to better, more spacious ones. The replacements still had problems: the bathroom ceiling kept dripping, the exhaust fan made an unbearable racket, the doorbell never worked, and the TV channels and other electrical equipment were unreliable. The lift was so small that only two or three people could fit. We arrived by tourist taxi in the evening at this hotel in central Rajkot. Reception felt empty, nobody welcomed us or collected our bags, and the narrow parking area had a notice saying parking was at our own risk. After we asked, the receptionist started registering us and called someone to carry the luggage. The stay was satisfactory in parts, but not good overall. I hope the owner and management improve the basic services.
