There were no basic essentials in the room, and the towel was dirty and smelly. Every single thing was pathetic. They call this a 3-star hotel, but it’s a shame to hospitality. The reception guy was extremely rude, and although guests pay for their rooms, they act like they’re doing you a favor by letting you stay. There’s zero service. If the owner is reading this, change your staff immediately or teach them how the hospitality industry works. And if you’re the owner sitting at reception, I honestly hope the hotel gets shut down. Even if it were the last hotel in the city, please don’t book it.

We stayed as a couple. The room was good and clean, but we had trouble with the water and electricity.

When I reached reception to get the room I’d booked, they told me the reservation had been canceled. What’s the point of booking if management can leave a confirmed customer behind to take more money from someone else? Shame on them.

The room service was poor, and staff tried to open the door without ringing the bell. The TV didn’t work either. Checkout was at 11 am, and I was only 20 minutes late, but they charged me an extra 200 rupees. With charges like that, the staff and manager were no good.

Sorry, but we had a really bad experience here. The room was dirty and not in good condition, and there wasn’t an intercom phone to contact staff. Room service was very bad. The hotel staff were highly unprofessional, rude, and unnecessarily aggressive, with very bad behavior. #badservice #dirtyroom #verycostly
