It was peaceful and relaxing here. I found the staff friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and nice. The food was delicious and full of flavor. The location was ideal, with transportation easy to find for getting around.

Our confirmed room had apparently been given to other guests. The hotel then put us in a different property without asking us, and that place was dirty, uncomfortable, poorly kept, and nothing like what we'd booked and paid for. We felt cheated and stuck without a real choice at the time. Staff were rude, arrogant, and disrespectful, with no apology, accountability, or professional effort to sort things out. The whole mess wasted our time, disrupted our plans, and ruined the experience. I strongly warn people not to book here: a confirmed reservation seems to mean nothing, and Goibibo should seriously blacklist the hotel so others don't face the same nightmare. This was a complete scam and a disgrace, and it shouldn't even be listed on Goibibo.

We spent two nights at Hotel Kavery. The room was small, and the bathroom was even tinier; cleanliness was just okay. The location was convenient near the market. We also enjoyed a Kathiawad dinner at Charkha restaurant, near Gandhi Museum.

Hotel Kavery gave me a pleasant stay, with clean, spacious rooms that were well maintained. Staff were polite and quick when I asked for anything. Its convenient location made nearby attractions and transport easy to reach, and it felt like good value for the money. I'd recommend it for families and business travelers.

The thali is quite different from other ones and worth trying. Taste was 7/10, quality 7/10, hygiene 7/10, and the atmosphere 6/10. It felt very stuffy in there. Staff got 6/10, they were really lazy and gave us judgmental looks whenever we asked for more starter 😅
