The room was good, the staff were friendly, and there was plenty of parking, though it wasn’t enclosed. The main issue was the toilet, which was very poorly cleaned. The water was hard and really salty, too. The building felt old, even though it seemed to have been renovated, and there’s no lift, so upper-floor rooms mean taking the stairs. The toilet cleanliness really needs attention. It could put customers off completely.
The hotel is outside the city, so there aren’t food options nearby. They’re going to start a restaurant, which would be good. Some maintenance work may also be needed.
The place is spacious, the room was good, and the staff were friendly. But we had to ask for things as they came up, like the AC, heater switch, and bedsheets. Some rooms don’t have a shower nozzle, and the water is salty, apparently because the sea is nearby. The room’s power switch is mixed in with other switches, so it’s easy to turn the wrong one off. Our room went dark during the night, and we only figured out what happened after stepping outside. Fixing a few of these things would make it a great place to stay.
A very clean, hygienic place, and a great spot for a family stay. Really enjoyed the accommodation.
The room itself was nice, and the hotel is near the highway. Royal Enfield and Yamaha showrooms and service centers are right opposite, which is handy for riders needing a quick check or service. But the service was terrible. There was no bedsheet, soap, or shampoo, even though those are OYO standards, and the heater didn’t work. They brought a blanket after I asked, but it was a plain local one instead of a standard white blanket. The towel was local too, not white, and didn’t smell good. Worst OYO hotel.
