Bindiram By ShriGo Hotels

I usually only leave feedback when I’m completely satisfied, and Hotel Sree Bindiram earned a review. We ate at Sita Rasoi, where the dining room had a lovely feel and everything we tried tasted great. It was the best dining experience I’ve had in Chitrakoot. Mr. Vishnu stood out for his warm welcome, and the staff were attentive and courteous. I stayed at other hotels this time, so I missed staying at Hotel Sree Bindiram. If I return to Chitrakoot, I’d stay there and eat at Sita Rasoi again. I highly recommend it.

Breakfast and dinner both had a poor selection, and the food room service brought was cold. The rooms were below standard, while the receptionist seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming. The concierge did his best to address our complaints, though some issues were beyond his control. It was an unpleasant stay, nowhere near a four star, and I’d rate it below three.

Mr Pradeep Tripathi at reception looked after guests well and handled local travel arrangements smoothly. The staff were polite, and the food was very good. This is one of the top properties in Chitrakoot dham.

The breakfast was good, and the tea was amazing. The rooms and bathrooms are a good size, though one bathroom had trouble with the hot water and toilet flush. After several calls, we were allowed to use another bathroom.
