The cheerful, courteous staff take too long to bring room service, and the service overall could be better. Ground-floor rooms have no windows, while the first-floor windows are very small. It might work well for weddings and receptions, but stay comfort needs quite a bit of improvement.

The food was delicious and room service was very good. Staff behavior was fantastic. Special thanks to Rajesh Mishra ji. I had a very nice experience overall.

The food tasted awful and was really poor quality. I’d never book catering from this banquet. Even a roadside dhaba has cheaper, better-tasting food.

I got engaged here and later recommended the place to a friend. They charge per plate for the food rather than for the venue, so it’s great value if you’re on a budget. Parking is a bit of an issue, but manageable. The food was tasty overall, though I didn’t like the gulab jamun. For value, you can book without hesitation. 8/10.
