Agoda, which I found fraudulent, took my booking for an AC room, but I was given a non AC room on the 4th floor. It was so hot that I quickly became dehydrated from sweating. The lift is there in name only and is no use. The sheets were stained and poorly cleaned, and they don’t bother changing the bedsheets or pillow cover between bookings. The place is around 500 mtrs down a dark lane from the main road. It doesn’t deserve a star. The only bright spot was the old cleaning lady, who carried a clean sheet and two water bottles up all four floors by stairway. What a waste of a place.

The room was in awful shape, and the service was just as bad. The bedsheets weren’t clean, with hair and greasy marks on the bed. The washroom light, AC, and geyser weren’t working.

The room wasn’t clean, and the staff were rude. The washroom light didn’t work, and neither did the TV.

The fan rattled like a generator, and there was no AC. The staff weren’t pleasant either. There was a head in the room.

Some of our guests came because of them, and our bhut was insulted. Nothing went well, from the service to the way the staff behaved.
