I stayed six days at Rs. 1200 a day, and it was awful. The manager behaved badly, and the staff were poor. They wouldn't change the bed sheets or towels despite several requests, and the food was unhygienic and far too expensive. Rates were high, too. They refused to let any guest into the room. The walls were rotten and the paint was peeling. When I asked for a GST invoice, they refused unless I paid extra. In the end they also charged me Rs. 500 for an extra three hours in the morning. This was the worst treatment I've faced in my life. Don't ever stay here.

I had a comfortable four-day stay. The hotel is affordable and works well for families, with healthy food and check-in and check-out available around the clock. It felt like a home away from home.

I've been coming to this property for 13 years. It's the best budget-category hotel and especially good for business travelers.
