Hotel Prashant by OYO Rooms

My stay at Hotel Prashant O Villa (OYO) was one of the worst I’ve had. The room had bed bugs, fungus on the walls, and a damp, musty smell. Bedding and bathroom were dirty, and hygiene overall was terrible. Staff behaved harshly and unprofessionally. Repeated complaints got no concern or effort to fix anything. They made false promises about complimentary breakfast and 24-hour room service. Breakfast wasn’t included, and there was no room service. I’d booked 4 days but left on the second day because I couldn’t tolerate the conditions. I didn’t even wait for a refund, since they were least bothered to listen or help. Later, both OYO and Agoda refused to refund me, which was deeply disappointing. I strongly advise travelers not to book through OYO or Agoda. Don’t make advance payments, and avoid this property if hygiene, honesty, or good service matter to you. OYO and Agoda should seriously inspect and delist hotels like this to protect customers from similar experiences.

Everything was absolutely great, from the top notch service to the great talk through. The rooms gave me no problems. Only issue was the telivision remote.

They charged so much for one night and one room, then gave me an uncleaned room. Water supply was disrupted, service was the worst, and conditions were very unhygienic. Worst experience ever. I’d rate it 0 or even negative, but Google won’t let me.

We booked several rooms at Hotel Prashant villa vikash nagar road no.2 near singhmore ranchi for a family and friends stay, and had a really good time. The staff and management kept everything well maintained, and the location has a nice feel to it. It’s an awesome mid-range hotel. Thanks to the whole team at Prashant villa.
