OYO 3203 Hotel Archie Regency

The one bright spot was the server, who tried to bring food quickly and serve it hot. Everything else was so bad that I left early, giving up the advance rent I'd paid. I had booked from 12th September to 16th, but checked out after just two days because they hadn't checked whether the room was suitable before assigning it. There was no bucket in the toilet and no geyser, only a heating coil. The worst part was having no electrical socket in the bathroom. I had to fill a bucket there, carry it to the bedroom to heat the water, then take it back to the bathroom. At 67, that was torture. I wouldn't advise senior citizens to stay here.

The staff weren't cooperative, and both food and service were very poor. The food quality was awful. Don't add this hotel's breakfast or lunch package.

At ₹1900 a day, I expected better. There were bugs around, the toilet facilities were poor, hot water wasn't available, and the property needs renovation. The room had no tea or coffee kit, and the complimentary breakfast fell short too. Being asked for full payment at check-in was inconvenient. Not a pleasant stay.

The location is the only thing that works for a stay here. Nothing else felt suitable, and I had the worst experience. Please don't book this hotel.
