The room itself was uncomfortable: the beds smelled, the bathroom was unhygienic and stank, and the door was broken. On top of that, the receptionist was rude and extremely unprofessional. Parking wasn't available even though it was listed, and he wouldn't help. If you want a calm stay and an easy check-in, avoid this hotel. It was a very disappointing experience, and I strongly recommend not staying here.

Room service was quick and polite, and the bathroom was tidy with the basic amenities. I had a really good stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well kept, with a comfortable bed and air conditioning that worked perfectly.

I couldn't sleep a single night because the mattresses were so spiky and painful on my back. They offered no alternative, and even after many requests they wouldn't give us an extra bedsheet. The bedsheet and cover were dirty and torn, and the bathroom smelled. They charged extra compared with other places, yet we had to ask before they provided the AC remote or washroom items. A very, very bad experience.

This place wasn't worth staying at. The AC didn't work, and they refused to change the room even after I asked. They didn't provide even plain drinking water. I wouldn't recommend it.

The staff were very rude. The AC wouldn't cool, made unnecessary noise, and had no remote. The TV didn't work either. A really bad experience overall.
