The room and service had problems throughout. The room lock and TV didn’t work, and the extension wasn’t working either. The windows were in poor condition, the table was broken, bedsheets were not proper, and housekeeping was poor, leaving things unhygienic. The commode had no flush, a pipe was leaking, and the water supply and water facilities were inadequate. Meals weren’t available as listed on the menu, and I couldn’t get breakfast at 9:00 AM. Staff service and responses were poor, and extra requests weren’t handled on time.
