Room service and hotel service were good, and I liked the food too. The rooms at Hotel Landmark were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Special thanks to Mr. Pranav at reception for his courteous manner, prompt help, and excellent hospitality. He made check-in and the rest of the stay smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend! 😊

The convenient location made travel and sightseeing easy, and this seems like a great spot for a family stay or a short getaway. At Hotel Landmark, the rooms were spacious, clean, and hygienic, and the food quality was good. The whole property was well maintained and had a pleasant ambience. Staff were courteous, helpful, and ready to assist with a smile. The hospitality made for a relaxing, memorable stay. I’d recommend it and would love to visit again.

Pranav was especially attentive, helpful, and courteous throughout our stay, which made the experience more enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the service was excellent. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel. Looking forward to coming back.

We’re travelling with a baby and a senior citizen, and it hasn’t even been 24hrs since we checked in. We ordered boiling water to make baby food, but got dirty water in a used kettle with tea leaves and malai still floating in it. The bathroom was dirty and full of mould. The bedsheets were dirty and the pillows stained. This hotel is worse that 1000rs OYO. At 10.30AM, during peak breakfast time for guests, the whole staff went to eat their own breakfast. No one was available to take a room service order, and we were told to wait 20 mins until they returned. They should go eat in shifts. The room phone wasn’t working, but the reception guy was hell bent on convincing us there was no issue. After 10 mins of argument, he sent someone to check the phone. The staff are incredibly rude, answering the phone with “haan bolo.” They won’t agree that there’s a problem or provide even basic service. There’s no hospitality or basic courtesy. We booked a super deluxe room, but staff said a kettle or dental kit isn’t provided for that room type. We needed the kettle to warm water for the baby. That’s cheapness of the highest order. When we asked for boiled water, they gave us the dirty water mentioned above. Totally worst experience. Cleanliness, staff, hygiene, everything is unspeakable. Will update the review as we have 2 more days here.
