The staff at Hotel Captain Inn dismissed my complaint and said the rooms were clean and I was being picky. I asked to move, but they said the hotel was full. The bathroom was in terrible shape, with a dirty shower and clogged toilet, while the room had dust, cobwebs in the corners, and stained sheets. I couldn't get comfortable enough to sleep and stayed awake all night before leaving as soon as I could the next morning. I spent one night there, and it was the worst hotel stay I've had. The slow service, inconvenient location, and high price added to the problems. I wouldn't stay at Hotel Captain Inn again or recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere in Rewa. The room was dirty and dusty, the sheets were stained, the bathroom was dirty and the toilet clogged, and the staff weren't helpful.

We had two rooms for four people, and both were in the same poor condition. The bathroom was untidy, and the rooms had spiders and cobwebs everywhere. The pillows and bedspreads were filthy, and I don't think the bedspreads had been changed or cleaned in ages. OYO should stay away from these properties, since this kind of place could hurt its reputation. It was an awful stay.

The room itself was okay, but breakfast was very poor, just Poha and Chai. I had booked and paid the full amount online, yet the reception refused to check me in and demanded another rs. 600 for the same room. They kept me waiting for 2 hours without a room. After a lot of discussion and my call to customer care, they finally gave me one.

The room smelled bad and had plenty of mosquitoes. The fan and AC stopped working in the middle of the night, and the owner added an unnecessary 114₹ to the final amount. Service and hospitality were awful, and the owner was very rude. I'd rather stay in a Dharamshala than come here.

There isn't dining available, but you can walk to a nearby restaurant. The rooms and washrooms were clean, and the AC, geysers, and electrical fittings all worked well. For that tariff, I don't think you'd find rooms like these. It's a decent place to rest while passing through Rewa, not too far from the national highway.
