Washrooms in the hall area were choked, there was too little staff to manage things, and their behavior was careless. The decoration commitments weren't met either. They don't deliver what they promise, and I felt they made a fool of us over everything. The people were highly unprofessional and showed no consideration for someone's big function. This is the worst place to plan a wedding.

We didn't eat the food, thankfully, after seeing how dirty the kitchen entrance was. At the adjoining pind baluchi, the gajar halwa was pathetic, the mawa baati didn't taste good, and the gulaab jamun was just okay. The room was filthy too. There were paan peaks in it, the floor was sticky, and the washroom looked like a public toilet. When we asked reception to clean the floor, two people came; one got arrogant with us. We were scared and couldn't sleep all night. There was no latch on the inside of the door, so we didn't feel safe. PATHETIC EVERYTHING. I wish I could give less than 1 star. Never stay there.

The owner, manager, both the ladies and gents at the front desk, and helper boy Hemanth helped make sure I got everything I wanted on my visit to Rewa. The reception staff were helpful and generous, and the team came across as passionate and professional. The place is luxurious and well maintained. Highly recommend. Regards, Room 301.

Their wedding setup was messed up, and the decor they provided felt like an insult. I cried on my wedding day because of how poorly they handled it. The food was an insult to culinary art too. The staff were rude, the place filthy, and the layout was a joke. Dirty rooms, unprofessional service and a general air of incompetence made this a nightmare. I'm still fuming about it. If you care about your wedding day, your sanity and your hard-earned money, stay away. They don't deserve your business. 1/5 stars, and that's being generous.
