There’s barely any parking, with the available space already taken up by vehicles that seem to be parked there permanently. The hotel is inside a petrol pump premises, which adds to the problem. The air conditioning in the rooms is extremely poor and made my stay uncomfortable. Food isn’t available after 9:00 PM, and management sets the terms without considering customer needs or feedback. Staff were very rude and seemed to know little about basic hospitality or customer service. Poor facilities and service made for a disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The rooms were clean, hygiene was well maintained, and the staff were polite and professional. Service was quick and impressive. My stay at Hotel Hotel in Haryana was much better than I expected. For a pocket-friendly price, it felt like a luxurious, comfortable, four-star experience. A good option if you want quality and comfort at an affordable price.

I met Ms. Lamha at reception and only later learned she was the owner. She was right there helping and working alongside her staff, who were polite and cooperative. I was there for a friend’s wedding and had one of my best stays. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, with a lovely garden view. I’d recommend it for families, friends, and events.
