OYO 782 Hotel Yog Vashishth

The location worked really well for us: Hotel Yog Vashisth is close to Parmarth Niketan and Gita Bhavan, with Ram Jhula and Janaki Setu about a 5-10 minute walk away. It was peaceful there but still convenient for getting around. Before we arrived, the staff let us know about a local car strike, which helped us plan the trip from Haridwar. At check-in, the front desk was helpful, greeted us warmly with bottled water, and got us settled quickly. A butler showed us to our room and explained the amenities. He was polite and professional, and housekeeping kept everything neat throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and well arranged, with a soft, comfortable bed. The bathroom had modern, new fittings and the amenities were in good order, though there was no shaving kit. We also enjoyed the restaurant. There were plenty of vegetarian choices, including North and South Indian, Chinese, Italian, and Continental food. Breakfast had several options, and the manager, chef, and staff were accommodating. They even adjusted dishes to suit our no-onion, no-garlic preference. The food was excellent. The whole team, from the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant, helped make this a comfortable, memorable stay. Hotel Yog Vashisth offers clean, spacious rooms, good food, and thoughtful hospitality. Highly recommended for a peaceful stay in Rishikesh.

I’ve been back 5 to 6 times before. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the food is good. Everything has been very admirable.

Ashish at reception deserves a special thank you. My sister got sick during our visit, and he personally went out to get medicine for her. That was real care, and he did a lot to make the stay smooth and pleasant. Hotel Yog Vashishth was neat and tidy, and we also really liked the food at Aviary Cafe. We had a great stay.

It was a peaceful stay, with clean rooms and polite staff. The manager was really helpful, and I loved having the rooftop café and easy access to the Ganga ghats.
