The staff were unresponsive and unhelpful the whole time, and service was practically nonexistent. There were no proper amenities, either. The hotel’s location felt very dirty and unsafe, almost haunted. Inside, the rooms were filthy and badly maintained, nothing like the photos, and the washrooms were even more unpleasant and unhygienic. A very disappointing stay. Don’t book based on the pictures, they’re completely misleading.

The location is awesome, and I took a terrace room to enjoy the view of Holy Ganga Ji river. The room was good. There’s no kitchen, and basics like soap and handwasher weren’t provided.

The food was good and freshly made, and the staff were polite and helpful. The place was clean, nice, and well maintained, which made for a comfortable, pleasant stay. I had a great visit and would definitely recommend it.

The Ganga View Room was my favorite, especially seeing the beautiful Ganga in the morning. I had a wonderful time and got to enjoy some really beautiful views.

The staff were lovely and helped with everything. The hotel is in a very nice spot, with a beautiful view of the Ganga right in front. It was a wonderful experience.
