Ganga Kinare By Holywater Hotels

We found the rooms clean, neat, and comfortable, and the hotel is thoughtfully designed despite being small. There’s a little garden, a temple, direct access to the ghat, a restaurant with great views, and a very useful jacuzzi. The location is fantastic, with beautiful views and a lovely marine drive for sunrise or sunset walks. Triveni Ghat is walkable, and seeing the evening Aarti there was wonderful. Service was excellent throughout. The reception, valet parking, housekeeping, and restaurant teams were friendly and helpful, and made sure we were comfortable. The restaurant serves a wide range of Indian, Oriental, and Continental dishes, all very good quality. Breakfast was excellent, with new items added each day. For cafés and adventure activities such as river rafting, Tapovan is a better option, though it’s easy to get there by auto. I strongly recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday.

The food was outstanding, and friendly staff who seemed well trained helped create an overwhelmingly positive atmosphere. There’s divine live music during dinner, and the hotel has its own Ghat for bathing or dipping into the Ganga. It’s within 2 km of Triveni Ghat, and the rooms were neat and tidy. The only improvement I’d hesitantly suggest is modernizing the bathroom fixtures and fittings. I’d unreservedly recommend staying here.

The private Ganga Snan and Arti are beautiful, and the location is awesome. Staff are really nice, but service is slow and they’d be better off hiring more people. Food quality and options are regular. Breakfast was short-staffed, with no table available and no waiter to clear the empty ones. Ordering something also took a long time. Room cleaning wasn’t done even though I asked while we were out for local sightseeing, and turn-down service wasn’t offered.

Mr Sandeep Chawla made our stay really pleasant. The room service was great, and everyone at the hotel helped make the experience wonderful. We stayed here last year and will definitely come back. Thank you, Mr Sandeep Chawla. 🙏
