The front desk team was efficient and very cooperative, and the rooms were spacious. The hotel's strategic location was a big help during our stay. The bathroom needed napkins and a towel or doormat, since wet feet tracked into the room after bathing. Breakfast also needs a lot of work, with better variety, a wider spread, and improved taste.

We were only here for one night, but the service was lovely and the staff were cooperative. The resort's location was just okay, and there was a power cut, though they did provide backup. The Jain food was very tasty, and they packed our breakfast beautifully for the long drive. They were caring right to the end. I spent the whole month of January here, in room 304, and it was the best. The room had heating/AC, and the shower had good pressure with water as hot as you wanted. The staff were wonderful and nothing felt like too much trouble. I hadn't brought a thermos bottle from home, so they got me a new one. They also helped send a parcel back to the Netherlands. Laundry and cleaning were great too. It was a real pleasure staying at Pride. I'd definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

We stayed one night at Pride Hotel Rishikesh during our Char dham trip, and it was comfortable and hassle-free. The hotel was clean and well maintained, with comfortable rooms and the basic amenities we needed for a short stop. It gave us a good place to rest before the long travel the next day. Check-in went smoothly, the staff were courteous and supportive, and the location was convenient for exploring Rishikesh and continuing our onward journey. A pleasant, decent hotel option.

Getting to Pride Hotel Rishikesh was easy since it's on Tapovan main road. The room was spacious, clean, and well kept, and the staff were attentive, polite, and courteous. We also enjoyed the very good quality morning buffet. A wonderful, very pleasant stay, highly recommended.
