The room looked nothing like the photos online, and the blanket smelled bad and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. Dust blew into the room when we switched on the AC, making it uncomfortable. The toilet seat was loose and moved around, and maintenance seemed poor. There was no landline phone in the room to reach staff when needed, and the staff were rude and unhelpful. The stay was very disappointing. The place felt poorly maintained and misleading compared with its advertising. I wouldn't recommend it to others.

We stopped here for 1 night while heading back to Delhi from Rudraprayag. Most hotels are tucked into narrow lanes, where cars need to be parked a bit far away in paid parking. The staff were helpful.

The food and service were wow, and the room was lovely too. It felt well worth the price, which was budget friendly.

The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It’s an easy walk to Laxman jhula. I was really pleased with the stay. Rooms: 5/5 Service: 5/5

The attached terrace was the best part of my three-night stay. The rooms were clean, and the location worked perfectly, with all the major ghats nearby. It also felt extremely safe as a solo traveller.
