I was disappointed with my stay at The Grand Haveli by Atya’s. The property looks appealing in photos, but its actual condition didn't meet expectations. The rooms weren't properly cleaned, hygiene was lacking, the washroom wasn't well kept, and housekeeping was slow to respond. The location felt dead, and poor management and hospitality spoiled what could have been a pleasant stay. Staff were unprofessional and sometimes uncooperative, and simple requests took too long. It didn't feel as though guest comfort mattered. The food was average at best and didn't seem worth the price. For what I paid, the experience didn't justify the cost. I wouldn't recommend the place unless it makes significant improvements.

We spent two days here and found it a peaceful place to unwind and enjoy time together. The grounds were lovely and well maintained, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were courteous and attentive throughout, and the food had a delicious range of options. Service exceeded our expectations. We'd happily visit again and recommend it for a refreshing getaway.

The room was clean and tidy, and the food tasted great. Staff were helpful overall, with good service, and the property has a lovely view. One thing to sort out: please put up signs along the route to the property. The entrance road also needs proper lighting, since finding your way there at night is tricky.

My room at Grand Havelli Resort was comfortable and felt luxurious, with elegant decor, modern amenities, and a beautiful view. I enjoyed relaxing on the private balcony and taking in the surrounding landscape. The food was excellent, both in flavor and presentation. Paneer Lababdar and Chicken Masala were my favorites, and the desserts were delicious. The team clearly puts care into the dining experience. Staff were warm, courteous, and attentive, with personalized attention that made sure I had what I needed. From the welcome to the efficient checkout, everything felt smooth and stress-free. It was a relaxing, memorable stay, and I can't wait to return. Kudos to the whole team at Grand Havelli Resort!
