An embarrassing place to stay with family. It goes by two names, Uttranchal tourist guest house and radhey radhey hotel, and the photos on Agoda and other sites are misleading. The rooms were awful, with stained sheets, dirty toilets, insects and spiders everywhere, and poor ventilation that left them smelling bad. Staff kept bringing used sheets even when we repeatedly asked them not to. The hygiene was below an acceptable level.

The price was very high and the service was nonexistent. If you ask for a refund, they act humble toward you and then tell you to leave right away. This is a terrible place to stay, and I wouldn't recommend spending even a minute here.

The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff were good too. They switched off our room’s AC in the middle of the night, though it wasn’t a big deal. A nice, budget-friendly hotel for families and groups.

For a one-star hotel, this place is surprisingly good and feels more like a two- or three-star property. I stayed one night with two others, and the room was very good. We paid just ₹700 for the three of us.

The room was only average, much like the pictures, though the bathroom was clean and the price was low, about Rs.750 for the Classic room I booked through OYO. Once inside, it didn’t have much appeal. The window couldn’t be opened, and another hotel right beside it blocked the sunlight, so it felt like nighttime all day. There’s no restaurant or food service either. Finding the place was confusing because it goes by different names, including Radhey radhey and Uttaranchal Tourist guest house, which I believe is the name used by OYO.
