There’s no wifi and the management is poor. The owner is very rude and doesn’t know how to speak to people. Water is a problem too, and sometimes you can’t get any in the washroom. Rats as big as cats roam around the room. They still charge very high despite all this.

The owner is humble and very supportive, and the staff are active and ready to help however they can. The rooms are good and have even the little things you need. It’s a good place to stay.

The location is in the local market, and parking is outside. The local staff and service were OK, and the rooms were OK too. The common corridor didn’t look good. The bed was good, with a spring mattress, quilt, and headboard. For this price, it was a good deal.

We booked a day ahead and reached around 1:30 at night, but nobody opened the door for 40 minutes even though I knocked. My wife was with me. The hotel service was very bad, and they used very dirty language. We weren’t happy with hotel santi palce in Rohtak. Please take care of this issue.

The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff were supportive. Parking is on the road, but that wasn’t an issue since the staff helped us find a safe spot for the car.
