OYO 27704 Hotel Victoria

The hotel is right at the city entrance, and the surroundings are pleasant and quiet. Rooms are clean and spacious, and room service is up to standard. It was a good experience and good value for the money.

You can walk to Delhi bypass (rajiv chowk) from here, and there’s parking on the ground floor. The staff were very helpful, the food tasted good, and both the sheets and washroom were clean. Rooms are spacious and very clean for such low prices, and the hotel takes care of guests’ privacy and security. I had a nice stay.

The room was a good size, but I found the hotel completely unsuitable for a family stay. The atmosphere didn’t feel family friendly, and it seemed suited only to unmarried couples. There appeared to be just one staff member, Rajnikant, who handled waiting, housekeeping, or whatever else was needed, plus one receptionist. The welcome was awful, the phone didn’t work, the lift was out of order, and there was no debit card machine. The receptionist and other staff were unprofessional. There was no restaurant or landline, so you have to call on your own cell phone. And you can choose either the door latch or the hand lock, apparently, both are optional. I could write a lot more, but I’ll leave it there. I’m sure the people giving the highest ratings all stayed as couples.

Hotel Victoria has a front desk open 24 hours, and guests can use free WiFi. Rooms come with a terrace, a seating area, and a shower.
