The care from the staff made a real difference. They were warm, attentive, and quick to help, and the fresh food had plenty of local flavor. Namora The Norling Inn was a highlight of my Spiti trip. My room was spacious and spotless, and the quiet setting made it easy to feel far removed from everyday rush. Waking up to the Himalayan views and coming back to a comfortable place at the end of the day was unforgettable. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Spiti Valley for comfort, quiet, and good service.

The biggest hassle was the bathroom situation. We were about 25 of us from Bangalore, booked 7 rooms on the third floor with attached bathrooms, but were told to use one shared washroom on the ground floor instead. Queues started as early as 5 AM, with everyone trying to get ready before leaving at 10. It was especially hard for people dealing with altitude sickness, nausea, or vomiting. Even with that inconvenience, the stay was pleasant. The food was good, and the snow-covered mountains and lovely Spiti scenery made the trip worthwhile. The views were stunning wherever you looked. 😍

The staff were polite and helpful throughout, and the fresh, hygienic meals were satisfying after long hours on the road. We also found the rooms clean, warm, and well maintained, which mattered in Spiti’s cold weather. Our time in Kaza, Spiti Valley was memorable. The hotel sits in a peaceful, scenic spot with mountain views and calm surroundings, while still being well placed for nearby attractions. A comfortable choice for families, couples, or groups visiting the area.

Clean, comfortable rooms and delicious food made the stay in Kaza even better, and the staff were polite, supportive, and ready to help. The setting is the real escape: mountains, quiet valleys, fresh air, and beautiful scenery, a welcome break from city life. The hotel service was impressive too. I’d recommend it to anyone hoping for a peaceful, relaxing stay while enjoying Spiti. 🥰😍💯✅👍
