The rooms our family and guests used were clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the management took care with our requests so the event ran smoothly. The banquet hall was spacious and beautifully decorated for our daughter’s engagement ceremony at Hotel Blue sapphirre. Seating, lighting and sound were all handled well, and there was a wide choice of delicious food that our guests enjoyed. From planning through the day itself, the staff were professional, supportive and attentive. The whole experience exceeded our expectations and made the ceremony memorable. We’d highly recommend Hotel Blue sapphire for engagement ceremonies, weddings and other special events. Thanks to the entire team for making our day so special.

Parking is a bit difficult since the hotel is on the main road, but otherwise it’s a decent, budget-friendly place to stay in Roorkee. The rooms are very good and the staff are supportive, especially the lady at reception. I was first given an unclean room; when I called, they changed it right away for a bright room with all the facilities. They also let me check out late while I waited for my friend. They arrange parties and events for New Year and other occasions too.

I attended a ring ceremony here. The halls work for a small gathering of up to 50 people, and both the food and service were good. They assign people to help park vehicles properly along the road, which felt like a considerate touch for visitors.

The rooms were nice, and I found the hotel neat and clean. Staff were polite, courteous and professional, and took good care of us. Their service and behaviour were very supportive, and the location was very good. My family loved the food. It was full of flavour and cooked just right. For hygiene, food quality and staff behaviour, the stay was excellent. I’d give the hotel 9 out of 10 for food, service and cleanliness.
