The room was just okay, not as good as expected, and they didn't give me the extra pillow I asked for. While I was in haridwar in the morning, they called around 8.30 to ask when I was leaving because they had taken a new booking for the room. One owner seemed interested in customer satisfaction, but the other was quite fizzy. They need to be more patient with customers. Still, 2 stars.

The room was filthy, and cleanliness and service were both at zero. The TV was just for show, and they didn't provide an extra pillow or bedsheets. The doormat looked like it hadn't been changed in ages. Electricity kept cutting out, and the room was poorly maintained. They make promises but don't provide service even when asked, and the owner seems to have no interest in the hotel. There were no emergency services. Please don't visit this horrible place.

My parents, relatives and I had a painful stay in Roorkee, and it was a nightmare. The linens were dirty and smelly, like they hadn't been washed. The washroom mat seemed ancient, flat and slippery, and my parents slipped on it. To save electricity, they'd switch off the main switch even when you were in the room. The owner controlled when the AC could be turned on, and even then it didn't cool the room, so we suffered in the scorching heat. The TV setup was just for show and cleanliness was pathetic. Don't order food or water here: they get it from unhygienic roadside shops, and the water comes from regular taps in used bottles. I've attached pictures of the rooms as they were before we checked in. Hotels like this should never be allowed to operate.

The staff were very cooperative, and I loved playing housie. The food was awesome, and the cake for my son's Bday was good too. It was a good experience and a best place to stay. Please stay here when you visit Uttarakhand.
