The receptionist asked for my phone to submit a hotel rating through the app, then gave the hotel five stars without my permission. Customers should be the ones rating it based on their satisfaction. Everything else was good.

There was no setup box, and the AC wasn’t working. I complained and called the reception, then went there myself, but nobody came to fix it.

The hotel itself is good, but the manager was very rude. Room 112 had no lock on the bathroom door from inside. When I asked to change rooms because of that, the manager misbehaved with me. This hotel doesn’t meet OYO standards.

I spent two days at Amrit Sagar Hotel,Rourkela recently. The staff gave me excellent service, and the room was quite good, especially the bathroom.
