The menu prices are really high, and service wasn't good. The hotel itself feels old, the rooms aren't maintained well, and the TVs look like they're from the 70s. The lift takes ages to arrive and open. The lift and toilet area felt like a horror house, and the whole place was totally silent. It was only an okay place, and a very bad experience.

The food was good, and the rooms were okay. But receptionist Pranjal tried to pass off a small room as some kind of super deluxe one. He even told my father to go complain to the manager because he wasn't scared of him 😂.

The lift didn't work during the three awful days we stayed there, and room service was so slow that tea took two hours to arrive. The rooms were in terrible shape for the high price, especially for a small city: broken locks and knobs, seepage, sink tops coming apart, water leaking into rooms, damaged floors, and other problems I can't even list. Avoid this hotel as much as possible.

They handle bookings professionally. You can reserve a slot through their website or contact the hotel's office, and if you have questions, they'll answer your call and help you out. The cost is a little high, but the service quality makes that feel justified. The place is very clean, with plenty of workers, and works well for weddings, birthdays, and other parties. It's a top hotel in Saharanpur, near Dehradun chowk.
