I was the bride, and our wedding stay turned into a mess. In the morning, there was no water at all in the taps, hot or cold. After I called, the receptionist was rude and offered no solution at first, then said they'd send hot water in buckets. The buckets didn't come for an hour, despite many calls and no reply. A staff member outside eventually brought one. The receptionist had said the buckets were already gone, which was an outright lie. During the cold October to December months, we only had a summer blanket, and couldn't get warm ones until 1 a.m. The room was unbearable, one heater wasn't working, and they charged the full amount without agreeing to move us. We somehow got through the stay. If you want a peaceful stay, don't come here. Honestly, your whole day will be a mess.

The hotel's one real plus is its central location in Saharanpur. The main course dishes were good, but breakfast fell short, with very few choices and only paranthas for me. The towels were torn and stuck to my face. Car parking is away from the hotel, and there was no one to help with luggage in the morning.

The BAR space was a highlight, and the room was clean and comfy. Staff were super helpful too. Had a great stay recently, and I'd definitely recommend it 😊👍

The restaurant is very good, with affordable prices and very good service. The hotel is also within reach for a middle-class budget. I'd give it 100/100 overall.

The food costs more than its quality warrants. Since they don't offer half portions, people can end up paying for more than they can eat, which wastes food. Management should think about changing that. The rooms are just okay, and the cleanliness is quite poor. You also have to ask for basics like toilet paper, so the service needs work. Royal Residency is an average property. I'd only suggest staying here if you don't have a better option 😊
