The staff were polite, humble, and supportive throughout the marriage function, and our two-day stay was a nice experience. The rooms need some improvement, and they should check that all the equipment works. Otherwise, they’re doing a good job. Wishing them good luck.

The rooftop is beautiful, loved it. The room was also the best and very clean.

The hotel’s rates are lower than nearby places, but the service is at a very low standard. The ACs seem to be there for show, as they don’t work properly, and there’s no backup water for bedrooms, toilets, or halls. Management is poor, and staff behave badly when you ask questions about the service. There’s a big gap between what’s offered and what’s actually provided, and nobody will be satisfied with it. I’d be happier if service, bedroom cleaning, and meal quality improved in future.

The rooftop has a great view. Rooms and dining are excellent, and the staff are very good. Great location too.
