Room 204 had a black cockroach in the gap by the wall, and the wall itself was shown in the first photo. We booked several rooms, and they were all in the same awful condition. Even the room called the “best room” had blood on the bed. The smell was horrible throughout, especially in the bathrooms, which reeked so badly of urine that you had to hold your nose to use the toilet. The showers stopped getting water after a few minutes, which is ridiculous for a hotel. Everything stank, and the place felt disgusting. I wouldn't recommend going there, especially if you're worried about getting sick. Don't go. Maybe wait until it's renovated, though I doubt that's going to happen.

Our guests enjoyed the party, and we had a great time celebrating our daughter's first birthday there. The food was excellent, and the staff and service were wonderful. Thanks to the hotel Arab Inn team.

The rooms and washroom were filthy, and there was no service. A pathetic hotel.

The owners were warm and spoke very politely, and the food was amazing. I don't know who the chef is, but he's doing a great job. The staff were attentive, yet the communication with guests needs work. If an item isn't available, they should say so and suggest something else instead of leaving someone waiting all night for an order that never arrives. My water bottle never came, so I had to eat without a drink. I was really let down and disappointed.

We ended up walking out. The rooms were tiny, the service and quality were disgusting, and the front desk was extremely rude. It was also far too expensive for what you got. They had no sense of how to speak to people. Don't go there.
