The reception team were especially helpful with questions and service, and everyone we dealt with was nice and quick to respond. The room was comfortable, matched the booking site's description, and had the amenities we needed. The interior and general cleanliness were excellent, and we enjoyed the hospitality. The hotel is in a pleasant part of Delhi, beside a good shopping mall and not too far from the city center. There was a good range at the buffet breakfast. We'd be happy to stay here again.

The breakfast was just average. There was an okay amount of choice, but the food tasted only so-so. I really liked the rooms and the staff, and the location was great, just a five-minute walk from select city walk. The butter chicken and chicken tikka were both a big hit with me. I'd definitely stay here again when I'm in Delhi.

The service was very good, and the staff were supportive. Housekeeping was especially excellent. Mr Neeraj was kind and helpful, and even made a very cute little elephant. The hotel has good rooms and a great view. It's in a really convenient location behind Select Citywalk, with quick access to the metro and a connected mall. I'd recommend it for a business trip or a personal stay. My experience was good, though I wish they'd add more choices to the room dining menu.

The property could really use a renovation. It feels quite dated, and there's a hand-opened door on every floor after you leave the elevator, which defeats the purpose of contact-free safety during covid times. The entrance is tiny and should be more prominent. The scratched-up room window looks shabby, and the AC control doesn't seem to work: whether I set it to 20 or 30 degrees, the room stays freezing. Service was a bright spot. Staff, including the chefs and housekeeping team, were very responsive and gave personal service with a smile. The beds were comfortable, there was hot water, though the shower often ran lukewarm, and room service food tasted great. Room service is available only until 11pm. Guests can visit the room during certain hours through the day. Breakfast at the restaurant was very basic, with little variety, and needs improvement in both taste and selection. The alcohol shops on the same street make the area look shady, with drunk people around as soon as you leave the hotel. The image attached is of the rooftop outside the restaurant.
