The bedcovers weren’t put on properly, and the AC was very bad. There was no hot water, and even after I told them, staff didn’t care. They didn’t even tell us breakfast was complimentary. There’s no power backup, so we had to wait for the electricity to come back. Not worth it.

There were small cockroaches in both the room and bathroom, and the place wasn’t clean. There was no hot water, and the AC controller wasn’t provided. Power went out in the middle of the night too. The intercom had been disconnected, apparently to avoid complaints. I went down to reception to report it, but even after telling the staff, they never fixed it. It felt like they were trying to save energy and money wherever possible.

For a booking with two adults and a child, we got only one towel. The bed was uncomfortable, with hard springs that bounced badly, and cockroaches were in the room. It was an extremely disappointing stay. The room was dirty and lacked basic things: no hot water, no AC control, and the intercom to reception didn’t work. There was no service at all. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews, but I only stayed here for a few hours during the day. For my stay, the room was worth the Rs1500 I paid for single occupancy. It was spacious, with good AC and a TV, and they included complimentary breakfast. The service was good for me, and the interiors were neat with a comfortable bed. For a budget hotel, it felt like better value than many lodges and Oyo rooms. I called to book directly at 6 am and checked in by 7.
