On my last trip to Pune, I was having trouble finding a hotel in the area I wanted. Oyo customer service found one at an affordable price, and it had good car parking.

There was no power backup when I checked in on the first day. In May, with temperatures around 40 degrees, my child and I sat in a completely dark room with only a phone torch for light. The power came back after two hours, but nobody did anything to help. The reception number never worked, and the receptionist was rude. He took my ID and didn't return it on his own, even during my three day stay. After checkout, I noticed it was missing and called the owner. He said it was a mistake on both sides, but told me I would have to pay the courier cost, as if he just wanted to avoid responsibility. There's no customer service, RO water, or working way to call reception. It's a few rooms without basic service, and I wouldn't spend money here again.

We found cigarettes under the bed, dirty pillow covers, a broken mattress, and stains on the sheet that had been hidden under a towel. The room also had water dripping from the AC onto the curtain. The washrooms looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in months, apart from the flushing water. When we raised the issue, reception said the room had been cleaned just a couple of minutes earlier. Is that what they consider clean? I found the room unhygienic and the whole stay awful. The reviews here are right. Management apologizes after people post, apparently because others are watching, but nothing changes. I'm not looking for another apology online. If they care, they need to improve the facilities. It's painful to put in our hard earned money, time, and effort and then get such a lethargic response. I would never recommend it.

There was no room service, and the linen, washbasin, toilets, and rooms were dirty. The AC wasn't working, and there were mosquitoes. We had to ask twice for extra sheets, and even then they only gave us bedsheets. Hopeless stay, please don't go here.
