I booked a room through Fab Express, but when I arrived the owner said there were no rooms available and claimed he had already told you that. I tried reaching you everywhere to get my money back and got no serious response. This was the worst experience I’ve had with you. I’m very disappointed and won’t use this website to book rooms again.
Good, but there’s no lift and only a limited number of rooms.
I arrived at the hotel from the airport at 3 am on 21st dec, and all the receptionists were asleep. After I rang the bell, someone came out and said there were no rooms, even though I had booked online. He kept refusing despite my repeated requests, then shut the gate. I was new to the area and ended up searching for another hotel at 3 in the morning. I had a terrible experience. Don’t blindly trust their service or book online.
The hotel is spacious and well placed in Kharadi. The toilet was clean, though it could be better. At reception, the person seemed distracted and busy on the phone, and I couldn’t tell what room service was like.
Really good.
