Good value for the price. My room was clean, especially the bathroom, and the staff were courteous. There’s hot water around the clock and a drinking water dispenser. Max and Trends are close by for last-minute shopping, with small shops right outside and tea shops very near. I stayed two days and felt safe as a woman. The bus stand is just a seven-minute walk away. A coffee machine would make mornings nicer, so please add one.

Very clean, with quick responses when I needed service. Easy walk from the bus stand and good parking too. Recommended.

I had a really bad experience here. People I didn’t know knocked on the door in the middle of the night, and none of the staff answered when I called. My kids stayed awake all night. It felt completely unsafe.

The rooms are clean and the staff are polite. There’s a lift and RO filtered water available all day and night. The main downside is that there’s no restaurant attached, so we had to walk about 450-500 metres every time we wanted food.

I was disappointed with my stay. The hotel needs to do pest control.
