We checked in at 9 pm on our way from Kerala to Bangalore, went out for dinner, slept, and checked out by 6 in the morning without waiting for breakfast. It was just one night, but we liked the room and the service and had a good experience.

The first impression was awful. Even the security guard didn’t know basic manners, and someone should teach him how to speak to customers. A fish market would treat people better than your staff. Take action soon, or you’ll lose customers.

The location is a prime spot and the rooms are decent. But the service restrictions are a real irritant. There’s no kettle, water jug, or tea bags, and you can’t even get coffee before 7:30 am, after a meal, or after 10 pm. If all you need is a place to sleep, it’s fine to crash here.

The breakfast was cold and horrible, and the food was so bad I’d avoid eating here at all. The food and beverage staff were rude. This is a big lodge, not a star category hotel. I’d avoid it.

We had already paid in advance for the hall booking, but when we arrived, the room wasn’t available. They put us in room 201, an uncleaned space they’d been using for storage, and turned it into somewhere to stay. I never expected this from a hotel like this. Very, very disappointing. They cheated us out of our money.
