For a room at this high price, I expected at least a chair. I had to sit on the bed to work or eat, which made the lack of basic furniture hard to justify. Calling it luxury doesn't fit when such a simple part of comfort and room design is missing. I expected more attention to detail.

My brother suggested this place, and I'm glad I took his advice. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and looked after, while the staff were friendly, helpful, and around whenever we needed them. Their service made the stay relaxing. I was very satisfied with the hospitality and would recommend staying here. I'd be happy to come back.

The hotel was good overall, but I felt we had to be careful with housekeeping. My family and I went out for a function, leaving all our bags open, and staff entered and cleaned the room while we were gone without our permission. They had a master key and could come in at any time. When I questioned the housekeeper, he said management had told him to do it. I checked with the manager, who gave a different account and apologized for the staff member's behavior.

The rooms were nice and clean, with a kettle and packets for making tea or coffee. They also gave us an extra bed and lots of complimentary items.
