The Grand Royal Hotel

The hotel's location is convenient, close to the main town area, yet peaceful enough for a restful stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, with a good range of options. I had a wonderful stay at The Royal Grand in Samastipur. The hospitality was excellent and it was great value for money. Highly recommended for a visit to Samastipur.

Flies kept landing on our table and food throughout the meal, making the environment terrible. It was a very bad experience at this restaurant today. The food might be okay, but the flies are a serious health concern and suggest a total lack of maintenance. Management needs to act immediately on pest control.

I’m a local and a regular at the sky restaurant on the top floor, but I can’t comment on room service since I’ve never used it. The restaurant has delicious meals at reasonable prices, with a varied menu and lots of options. Staff are polite, the team is professional, and service is quick and good. It’s kid friendly too, with top-class cutlery, stylish interiors, a terrific ambience, plenty of parking, and rich, lavish infrastructure. Truly a fabulous place to visit with loved ones, and I highly recommend it for a world-class experience in Samastipur.

We were filming a video at this restaurant when staff stopped us and demanded money just for recording. After we refused, they deliberately played loud music to disrupt and ruin the shoot. It felt unprofessional and unwelcoming, and left a poor impression. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values a respectful environment.
